One of the first lessons I learned in life is that the world rewards people who take action differently than those who don’t! I believe that when a business leader or owner joins a Mastermind group, they are taking an action that most individuals do not take.

Allow Yourself to Grow in a Mastermind

When an individual is interested in joining our Mastermind group, the first question we ask is how high will you ALLOW yourself to succeed? We believe that everyone has an emotional ceiling on how much they feel they're worthy of accomplishing financially, personally, and professionally. If your ceiling is not high enough, even when you receive the money or success, you could sabotage your good fortune. So our point is, if you are going to be a member, you must raise your ceiling and elevate the true value of your amazing gifts and the amazing you!

The second question we ask is: Do you have a burning desire to achieve success in your career? Success often starts with setbacks. Those that forge through, prevail. In our Mastermind are individuals, artists, entrepreneurs, CEO’s and business owners with talents that refused to give up when the going got tough. We believe you are either winning or you are learning.

Demand Success in a Mastermind

We ask our members to put themselves in a position that demands that you succeed! One of the steps we have taken is to associate our Mastermind with Gregory Scott Reid’s Secret Knock group. We are one of a dozen Masterminds that meet on a weekly basis and report our wins directly to Greg Reid. The key to this reporting process is that we get to stop for a moment and celebrate each member’s wins.
