Mark Baldwin
Video recording, editing, rendering and publishing is the driving force behind the services that Mark Lewis Baldwin (MLB) offers.
Recorded video is published to DVDs/CDs, on Local Area Networks for private business use, on the Web to Websites, to Social Media and in the Cloud for both private and public viewing. MLB has covered and recorded in Video well over 100 events in the last couple years. This includes events where Internationally recognized Motivational speakers, Trainers, Olympic and Professional athletes were Featured. MLB’s technology skill sets all started out with programming database driven applications written in Auto-Lisp for the building industry in 1985. In 1999 it was obvious the services MLB offered would now need to be provided over the World Wide Web.
From MLB’s perspective content should flow from an individual workstation to a Local Area Network then integrate multiple LANs into a Wide Area Network which could then be made available to the world via the Internet. So MLB acquired the expertise to create LANs and extent them both wired and wireless and integrate designated content to the Internet.
It seemed natural to add Video Surveillance into MLB’s networking expertise. The Video surveillance then became a vehicle to broadcast Video to the Internet. Video Surveillance enabled MLB to deliver live and recorded video to be viewed on the web as an on-line presentation (TV Show). Broadcast are in SD (Standard Definition) to HD (High Definition).
Calls requesting Video coverage of business events led to MLB’s publishing participants in events both live and recorded over the Internet.
Naturally MLB uses social media to market and otherwise promote our Videos.
Additionally MLB is proficient in Develop Database driven web applications Website Hosting Wireless Networks

Lisa Wells
Lisa is an entrepreneur with a strong faith, a fierce loyalty to her friends and a heart for the marginalized. She came to San Diego from northern California to study business and went on to hold corporate positions in several companies there following school. When she realized that corporate life would not afford her the flexibility for extended travel/adventures, she decided to go the entrepreneur route, and started WMSE – a concierge services business. The acronym WMSE stands for Wells Mustard Seed Enterprises which is a reference from the Bible that says if you have faith the size of a grain of mustard seed (which is really, really tiny) – nothing will be impossible for you. That was about how much faith Lisa had that she could walk away from corporate life and start a business, but here we are, more than a decade later!
Partly as a result of the personal growth Lisa has achieved through participation in the mastermind group, WMSE has grown from a one woman show to a team that covers all of San Diego County. Additionally, Lisa and WMSE won the Excellence in Customer Service Award from the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce in 2011.
Still enjoying living in the paradise of San Diego, Lisa is looking forward to the adventures that lie ahead.

Pat Carney – The Artiste
Words written about artists always seem empty and inadequate. For the fact is that the talented artist – which Patrick Carney is – always says more succinctly and beautifully what there is important to said about himself in one single painting or drawing than a commentator can say in a whole article or book about him.
Patrick Carney was born in Westchester County, New York the first of six children. The long but varied life of Mr. Carney represents a struggle within himself. Plagued by the need to conform while earning a livelihood and at the same time, fighting to keep alive the free spirit of the man, he has fought a battle for self-expression.
Carney is a complex man, a non-conformist who realized as a young art student at the School of Visual Arts in NY City that the system limits. He refused to buy into that which the system offered and chose instead to go his own way. He studied with the likes of Chuck Close, Marge Anderson, Robert Israel and Milton Glaser, he read voraciously – searching for answers which led to more questions.
At Buffalo State, he worked as a specialist in media at the Communications Center. Later he was named the Art Director of the Lafayette Community Center where he taught art to inner city children. For a time he traveled throughout the NY State as an Artist in Residence at underprivileged high schools as a representative of the Arts Council and volunteered as a art teacher in the state prison system, believing that it was his obligation to give back and “Pass On” his given talents.
Starting in 1964, hanging out in NY’s West Village, Mr. Carney dedicated his time to drawing and painting the world of rock n’ roll music, it’s passion and creativity caught in real time forever. He traveled throughout the US attending rock concerts and painted what ever star excited him – and thus his work is a varied series of welcome surprises. He freely used whatever media best expressed the essence of his subject…be it acrylic, pen & ink or collage. His work is in many collections throughout the world including Dick Clark, Stevie Nicks, John Lennon, Al Kooper, Mark Hamill, Judy Collins, Peter Asher, Chad & Jeremy and Mick Fleetwood.
David Randle was born to create and perform music. He was the older of two brothers with music in their veins, who each have created a legacy of musical experiences. David was trained from the age of 10 by a teacher who had been principal violist with the Boston Pops Orchestra, and David was a professional musician from the age of 13 and an effective guitar teacher at 15. In his late teens, David and his brother founded the notable southern California band, the Brain Police. His band had the honor and privilegeto perform and tour with Cream, The Who, Steppenwolf, Jefferson Airplane, The Byrds, Buffalo Springfield, Eric Burdon & the Animals, Strawberry Alarm Clock, and others.
After the group retired, David devoted time to the study of the acoustic guitar in all its forms. He studied classical guitar with Joe Trotter as well as fingerstyle and plectrum steel-string acoustic guitar in over 23 different open tunings from the inspiration of British Isles solo guitarists and the work of Stephen Stills and Neil Young. David also returned to college where he studied composition with American composers Larry Christiansen and Victor Saucedo.
Over the years David has become a master of songwriting, guitar performance, music recording and production, as well as a revered teacher of all of those disciplines. He currently writes and performs with his wife Rebeca in the duo, Rebeca and David. David has a music production company called David Randle Productions, as well as teaching aspiring music performers to write their own songs and perform them at My Songwriting Coach and Guitar Lesson Expert.
In addition, through the myriad requirements of entrepreneurship and owning and managing multiple businesses and online properties, David has developed specific expertise in site design, content creation (over 100 articles), online marketing, and social media including video marketing.
Jennifer Carney – Writer
Jennifer Carney is a an accomplished writer and philomath, the latter of which is just a fancy way of saying that she’s a lover of knowledge.
She grew up in Boston which, from a young age on, ngrained in her a sense of the importance of the arts, other cultures, and a curiosity about the world itself. Her mother was instrumental in encouraging this seeking of knowledge, and embedded in her an appreciation of music as well. At a very young age, Jennifer became well-versed in many of the nuances of opera and could not only recite lines from the librettos of various works, but also had a full understanding of and a special fondness for the intricate stories they told. This deep love of music and equally deep love of storytelling manifested in creative writing skills that were evident early on.
Jennifer and her brothers moved to Arkansas with their mother just as Jennifer entered her teen years. Being the oldest in a single-parent household, she was relied upon to help with her two younger brothers and with the household expenses. She excelled in high school and put herself through college, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in English from the
University of Arkansas. She was recruited right out of college to work for The Walmart Foundation, the largest cash-giving non-profit in the world.
Over the following years, Jennifer worked for a variety of companies – from Fortune 100s to small businesses – all of which relied greatly upon her for not just her writing skills, but also her knack for ideas that are imbued with a particular creativity that sets her apart. Today, she is Senior Researcher at a marketing and social media research firm, for whom she conducts in-depth investigation, reporting, and trend analysis for clients in a diverse cross-section of industries.
When Jen moved to California, she also began to pursue a career in music writing in earnest. She earned a spot as a
contributing writer for the online magazine Boston Music Spotlight, interviewing such musical luminaries as Mike Love of the Beach Boys, Robin Trower, James Iha, Glen Philips, The Indigo Girls and Victor Wooten. Impressed with this resume, Jen was hired by The Vinyl District where she works as Features Editor and continues to interview rock stars like Al Kooper and Lita Ford, among many others.
Jen’s goals are simple – to continue to write and to travel, and to thoroughly explore and uncover meaning, joy, and fun wherever she goes.

Sasha Toporovsky – Artiste
Was born in the Ukraine, and immigrated to the United States with his family at the age of five. Alex is from a family of artists which began with his uncle and grandfather. After finishing college Alex moved to Northern California with his wife. During this time Alex continued to do fine art commissioned paintings. He also started his decorative arts company doing faux, and mural work. In 2003 he moved back to San Diego, CA, during which time his company Art2Walls has grown into a full service decorative arts studio, and is known as a high quality company that services the high end residential and commercial sector.
Recently Sasha has combined his love of metal and oil painting to create paintings on stainless steel panels. His works are avant-garde. When light strikes the metal surface of the painting it gives a 3D effect, which is achieved by polishing the metal before painting on the surface begins. Sasha has been published in several magazines for his works on metal and the popularity of his works continues to grow here in the states and abroad. Sasha is also the inventor of the first mobile ready to drink coffee and tea brewer. This invention allows a person to brew their coffee or tea while driving. Once the brewing process is complete you can consume your drink without having to pour the contents into a separate cup.Website: http://sashafineart.com
