Being a member of a Mastermind group helps you grow your business as well as your personal life. Often, we find that entrepreneurs make a lot of sacrifices along the road to their envisioned success. You may be so occupied with getting your new venture off the ground, or grow the one you already have to the next level that you might comprise your health and short change spending quality time with your family. We all know how easily that can happen.
A Mastermind group can be of great help in balancing and advancing your whole life. As Mastermind members we constantly learn more about how to build leverage into our businesses and lives so what’s important to us is done more efficiently. We remind ourselves frequently that success in our lives starts with taking care of self. We cannot give to others what we don’t have ourselves. The synergy we have built in our Mastermind group is amazing. Follow in our footsteps, and it will be in yours, too. With that synergy life is getting easier and more relaxed. You attract more success with less effort and it sets off an amazing ripple effect. You feel it. Your family feels it. Your community feels it. Issues that are ramped today, such as obesity in children (and adults as well) are impacted. You can actually see how such issues will go away – for good – and be replaced by a greater sense of life fulfillment, joy and great health.
A few days ago this poem literally “bubbled” to the surface. It didn’t take long to write, I simply wrote it down. What it says has been stirring in me for a long time.
It is Time!

It’s time to end obesity in children!
It’s time to laugh more, play more, make more art and have more fun.
It’s time to go outdoors, reconnect and strip off stress.
It’s time to think about how our consumption impacts our other choices
It’s time to evaluate whether what we buy is worth us working so hard
What are we missing out on?
Why do we need so much processed food and “on-the-run” living?
It’s time to balance our brains, the analytical side and the artistic one.
It’s time to get our work done more efficiently, so we can play more.
Perhaps some of our chores aren’t even necessary when we look at it more carefully.
It’s time we recognize that we must take care of ourselves, too.
B/c if we don’t our children will learn that taking care of self is not the thing to do.
It’s time to realize health is no struggle, it is joy and fun!
It is time to live out loud
It is time to step up to our greatness
It’s time to be grateful
It’s time to get enough sleep
It’s time to get and give more support
It’s time to remember what is truly important
It’s time to focus on our families,
Not just working to provide but enjoying time together.
It is time. High-time.
Every generation in recent time has lived longer and better than the generation before.
Our children might be the first ones for whom that is not true.
We cannot let that happen.
It is time to wake up.
It is time to smell the roses and have fun.
It is time to make great health a fun family matter.
It is time we built community support.
It is time we made it a lot of fun.
The time is NOW!
